She takes pride in providing exceptional service combined with strong market knowledge, expert negotiation skills, strategic thinking and a knack for moving complicated real estate transactions to the closing table. After graduating from Florida State University with a B.S. in Marketing, Caryn enjoyed a successful sales career in consumer product and pharmaceutical sales with Fortune 500 companies Pfizer, Allergan and Quaker Oats. She continued her career in sales as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Shorecrest Preparatory School where she helped grow the enrollment significantly. A resident of St. Petersburg for over 35 years, Caryn’s roots run deep in the community. She is an active member of the MFA Stuart Society, past Board member and current Sustaining member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg and supports the St. Pete Free Clinic and Habitat for Humanity. Caryn is married to her attorney husband Lee and has two sons, a University of Michigan graduate who is an aerospace engineer and a Mercer University graduate who works in Tampa as a computer engineer.

Kim was born in Hickory, North Carolina and attended East Carolina University where she graduated with a B.S.B.A in Marketing in 1989. Kim concentrated her career in the financial lending arena and worked with Chase Manhattan Mortgage as an account manager in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2004 Kim obtained her mortgage broker license and opened her own brokerage. She currently has her real estate license and is the transaction coordinator for the Caryn Rightmyer Group. With her extensive knowledge of the lending process coupled with her depth of real estate experience, she offers our clients unparalleled service throughout their home sale or buying process.

Diana has lived in St Petersburg for 25 years and is the Founder of DW Communications. Previously the Director of Marketing and Communications for Shorecrest Preparatory School, Diana specializes in advertising, social media, target marketing, public relations and strategizing unique branding for clients. A native of Pennsylvania, Diana graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, University Park’s Honor Program. After graduation, she worked as a writer and editor for TV Guide Magazine before moving to Florida. Diana enjoys volunteering and has served as Communications Vice President for the Museum of Fine Arts’ Stuart Society, a Sustainer of Junior League St Petersburg, and Vice President of Board of Directors of Morean Arts Center.
